I would recommend batocera linux with a 3400g if you want emulation and itx format with a b450 board. Can do it in an even smaller case then this with a pico or hdflex psu and no dgpu. With this case...

Built a Hackintosh in one of these - nice case with lots of airflow. Upgraded the fans and had to watch out for the GPU card length but it’s a nice solid case.
