I played Crysis 1 several years after it was released and I was surprised by how good of a game it actually was. I wouldn't be surprised if it still looks pretty good today too.

Played Warhead on my 2015 pc, it was a great game, all max out. even better than some of today's major titles (which targeted both pc and ps4 so they gotta lower graphics development)

Crysis 3 had some serious graphical glitches in it 7 years ago when I played it. I'm sure graphic card updates fixed some of the issues, I'm not sure if the Crysis team fixed anything through updates...

I played Crysis 1 on my XPS Laptop with an Nvidia 8400GS with 32 Cuda cores. I was impressed with how optimized the game was. Vram mem clock helped alot.

I believe it is cpu dependent on certain areas of single player where even modern hardware will struggle.

I watched a Linus vid where they played Crysis 1 in software render mode on the new 64 core Threadripper CPU. No GPU at all. It actually worked, but it wasn't really playable.
