No. You always remove the bottom pad that come with the shoe before putting any Dr. Scholl's, or any other inserts in.

Just recieved mine. There are two insoles and one cutting template per package. The two insoles are stuck together and can be easily peeled apart.

These are are too flimsy and expendable for that. I use them to extend the life of my inner sole as end up taking all the sweat and abuse. Also don't expect any comfort relief from these- way too...
