A little tip for those who buy this, when you go to level up the in-feed and out-feed use 2 magnetic 4' levels. If you put them across the middle it will suck the ends up to flush and you can easily...

In all honesty. Hobbyist can do all this with a hand plane. With a little practice and a sharp blade you can make them just as flat and usually smoother than the machine. Check out Rex Kreuger...
