The one good side effect of the flawed launch of the AMD 5700 series is that it has stopped the AMD cult from thread-crapping in every Nvidia thread. Now they just stick to TCing in Intel threads. :)

2060s is about the same as the 2070 non-s, which means it'll be an incremental upgrade over the 1070ti. You'd probably want a 2070s or above to see a substantial improvement
