I thought the S4 was the S5 minus mopping but it’s not. The S5 has a higher wheel clearance and will run on most carpet. The S4 will only run on a low pile carpet.

That's odd. My s4 has never gotten stuck on furniture before. I have a couple of low pile carpets, tile and laminate floors and have no issues - as long as I pick up dog toys and my phone charger....
