Totally agree. There are always deals to be had on the Dell outlet. There is a coupon more often than not. Many times they have the 17% off coupon. I've never seen a 25% off though.

Pretty nuts that 16gb is still considered an upgrade. I'm typing this on a Spectre x360 that I got back in 2016 that came with 16gb of ram and was around $1100 way back then.
