Yeah. Brickseek has been pretty garbage for a while. As to the quality of the employee you talk to on the phone, it's a bit of a crapshoot, but the same as if you go into the store.

Went to my local Walmart with limited stock and didn’t find one. Lady looked for me but wasn’t the most thrilled about it. She had to take three locks off of the steel cabinet to look for it.
