We always frowned on people buying new blankets for the shelter. They don’t last long there we preferred old sheets, towels and flimsy blankets you get the same amount of use from them

I just ordered 10 for SWAT, Saving Whiskers And Tails, in Pryor, OK. They're completely volunteer run and rely solely on donations to get by, They are also the ONLY rescue left in the entire county....

I find that super soft throws are stinky after washing, too. I hang them in the sun on my deck and it helps. But for $5 it's a risk that I'll take. In for two for my camper!
