They aren't unlocked. Verizon's new policy is 60 days from purchase/activation. The one I bought in Dec was locked and no prospect of being unlocked since it was well past 60 days at that point.

Heads up these may not be unlocked. I bought one in November thinking the same thing and it was locked to Verizon prepaid. Returns are easy but still a hassle.

I’d avoid this. VIP does not check the lock status of these phones, they simply list whatever the model number says it is and leave it to you to figure out. I know because I have purchased phones...

Yes, OP falsely claims that these are Verizon unlocked even though clearly listed as locked to Xfinity mobile....And they can be tough to get unlocked.. policy link on my post above.
