My co-workers 16" Mac wouldn't turn on 2 months after purchase. Apple replaced the motherboard. Can't even pull the SSD to recover data as it's soldered. I say Macs are not more reliable than PC's.

My 2013 MacBook Pro still works as new. Not a single thing wrong with it in 7 years. Meanwhile, I've gone through 3 Lenovos at work in 2 years.

And you really have a hardon to justify your Mac purchases. And you're very insecure, calling people on the internet poor. Some folks just don't see the value. I like Macs and grew up on them, but I...

My point was that even when apple is #1 it earns that #1 by being only 10% less likely to break. I believe the numbers were 10% failure rate for apple and 20% for the worst of PC's. Either way pretty...

You are lost, letting apple ripp you off big time. CPU is worth about 250, video is worth about 50-100, ram worth about 100.

Last time I checked consumer reports gave Mac a 10 pct failure rate and the worst manufacturer 20%. Not that significant difference. But fixing that Mac will cost u more than buying a whole new PC.
