Soprano is the smallest common size. There is a smaller one (pocket/piccolo), but very few companies make one. This is about the smallest you would want if you have human size fingers.

Just for the record, it's not sold by Target but by a third party seller. Also, I read a review online that this doesn't stay tuned (that you'd need to tune it again after 1 hour of use).
