Yes the stickers have been applied. I might go and do a rebuy return maybe the one I got was defective. It even makes a scraping sound when playing.

its a really fun game but the magnet handles scratch the holy hell out of the board, even with their little sticker buffers. Played maybe 40 games and it looks like a cat toy.
