Once you receive it, use CPU-Z to get the details of the existing ram like the voltage and timing (CL rating) and buy another matching the same. No need to buy two sticks unless you want higher speed...

Completely depends on your budget. I'd personally wait for one of Nvidia's new Ampere cards, which will probably come out sometime this year. Just use lower settings on the RX 570 until then. ...

Dude. 580 8 gb barely handle any new game on even medium setting. This card isn't playing anything in 1080p unless you set it to potato graphics.
