Well, there is no contract. But, then if you move out of ATT, then you will stop receiving the monthly credits and you should pay the difference to ATT

This worked yesterday at Costco for the $700+$300 port and trade-in.
The official deal was $500+$300 but the rep confirmed was the higher offer
