Sure? I haven't heard of usage limit it anything till now.. All i know is your balance has got validity and you have to use it to recharge before that validity expires.. Plan validity is a different...

Pretty sure it's a single $100 refill. Do they still sell them? I've added $100 in increments to meet the unlock requirement in the past and my expiry always remained 90 days.
