What is sad is how the "Dewalt XR" top of the line pole saw from Dewalt is 8 inches, but the Harbor Freight Lynx pole saw is 10 inches. Really disappointing...

I think it really just boils down to what tool line are you invested into battery wise. IMO Dewalt / Milwaukee / Makita are pretty much on a even playing field as far as quality.
