According to Walmart you need to bring your item and leave it with them and it will take about 2 weeks to get it back....I could/would just buy another tv but that's just me.

The warranty is through Allstate the company that owns Square Trade. Is that bad? The only issues I've had with Square Trade is that you can't put a claim on Fire tablets online.
