yes, it's torque range is 20-150 ft. lbs. lug nuts are torqued normally 75 to 100 depending on small car to SUVs

Harbor freight torque wrenches be like maybe it's torqued, maybe it's not. If anybody wants a good torque wrench, get a CDI brand from amazon, you absolutely can not beat them for the money.
