I signed up on my laptop and then downloaded the app. When you sign up, you'll create a login, and then use that when you download the app. I didn't have any problems!

Hi! I was able to get the promo to work by signing up on my laptop, and then downloading the app on my phone. When you download the app, don't sign up, instead use the login information you created...

Instead of doing the right thing, like freezing payment for members since they closed all their gyms, you get brief access to a worthless app. Nobody is able to get this promo to work anyways,...
