Good deal on some truly awful movies (alright, the first one was ok). But I will say they has some great CGI and practical effects, particularly Davy Jones and crew- still hold up even today.

I would say it's unlikely, but yes it is technically possible that Apple could back out. What would happen to your licenses would be decided then, it's entirely possible they might reach an agreement...

Lucky for me I have only owned 2 of these on DVD and own them all second hand on Blu-ray which include dvd and one 4K (the newest one). Want a whole box set.

It’s not the store that matters it’s the Studio... seeing how Disney pretty much invented Movies Anywhere I’d say it’s a safe bet to get and port to your Apple TV Library

I’m in the same boat. The 4K/UHD release is inevitable. Disney is a master at getting people to double/triple dip on their purchases with new formats.

I hate buying non Apple in fear one day that they break off from movies anywhere and I lose them on my iTunes.
