You are giving bad advice. First You dont want to use treated lumber for wall framing. To much twisting when it dries out. The reason it is not used for that. Shed floor would be ok. Next LP...

Maybe a 100w, a single battery, and inverter if all you were looking for was lights, basic cell phone / laptop charging, and maybe a couple hours of off the air TV on a smaller LCD. Really depends...
