Pretty sure you just need to re-download and the save file will carry over. I did this for The Witcher III and God of War when I bought the digital editions and sold the games.

I played Odyssey first and then Origins. Odyssey is by far the better in almost every respect.
I still enjoyed Origins, but I much prefer the combat style, story, world, and characters of Odyssey.
