Not sure what you mean. I asked and was told the newer model was better, i haven’t really kept up with processors.

I have it because of my school, not sure but I know there were some workarounds for getting one but lots of businesses have switched to using a service that verifies your enrollment.

Buy the new base model over this. The 10th gen i3 is faster than 8th gen i5. Plus new one has Iris graphics. That said 128gb is criminal
