The multi tool is one of the M12 items I do not own however I have it in the Dewalt 20v. Agreed this is a good handyman’s starter set. I have updated all my M12 to brushless M12 however I am...

I ordered this kit last week when it was $189 and was pretty happy with that deal. I haven’t used anything yet, but the jigsaw was the main reason for me. I actually gave the rest of the tools to my...

I bought my dad the same kit, minus the sander for Christmas. You can do a lot with it and this is a good price I would say for everything included. The circ. saw is good, the multitool is...

I second the other guys response. M12 fuel is amazing. I use it more than the m18 fuel drills. Other than the circular saw and vacuum I find myself always using m12 fuel. Rigid is also a very...

Im sure there are exceptions but anything from tti it seems like home Depot just calls them up and is like "we need a special combo kit with a drill, a cheeseburger, and a charger but no batteries."...

I'd say no. Non fuel versions sell for like 50-80 bucks each on fleabay.

Check out the M12 Fuel brushless drill and impact combo. I use them almost exclusively despite having access to many 18-20 volt options.

Thanks for the feedback. Fuel line tools are a little more expensive but I'll definitely keep an eye out for a good deal 👍 and checkout the Rigid brand as well

If I didn't already own the m12 jigsaw I'd be tempted by the jigsaw, multi tool kit. Not sure how the multi tool is in the m12 though, been considering it in the m18 platform with the 5.0 battery at...

The M12 oscillating multi tool is regarded as one of the weakest points in the line. It is overdue for a fuel model with tool free blade change. I own and use it. The key thing I like about it is how...

Agreed. I have this M12 kit, and the multi tool is pretty mediocre. It has zero vibration control, which is enough to shake the battery loose sometimes. I usually hold one hand over the battery to...

A handyman uses HF tools, don't get me wrong, this is a nice kit for a handsome man indeed.

^^^ If he means what I think he means, I've heard that "whine" as well. To me it's more of a high-pitched tone that you only hear for a fraction of a second with each trigger pull before the motor...

Home Depot online exclusives are typically just that. They send you a single box that has all the items kitted and there are not prorated returns.

Really? Even if it's just the two impact wrenches? Weird they would do like wholesale packaging for two big tools like that.

"a cheesburger..." Haha! That's good to know though. Thanks! I'm tempted to just buy it, and worse case scenario, just return the whole thing if it comes in some sort of bulk packaging. Is...

HD makes it almost impossible to return power tools without a receipt these days, even for store credit. I had to jump through a few hoops the one and only time I tried. It included requesting a...

I am someone who loves tools. I have a good brushless 18v Rigid drill/driver combo and they are workhorses. They have insane power compared to by old 18v Dewalt set. That said, damn if I don't...

I tried to replace my little Makitas (couple years old) with non-Fuel m12, with the plan to give the Makitas to my father. The m12s have an audible whine when using them. The tools worked fine, but...
