FYI, DHA counteracts the effectiveness of EPA. Look into Vascepa and the 7 year study done by Amarin if you're curious. Vascepa was shown to reduce cardiac events by over 25% vs using a statin alone.

Didn't do the math on everything, but the Sundown Valerian Root is a good deal, compared to other reputable brands. Whereas the Sundown Milk Thistle is not a good deal ... go figure.

Costco is often cheaper; much more so when they have a coupon. Though, they don't have the selection drug stores do. But, most of that is not needed by your body, anyway. It's pure profit.
