It all depends on what you do with them. I happen to walk a lot more than the average person as I take 7-10 mile walks with my dog daily and will do light jogging 2-3 miles two to three times a week....

I would probably try a size 11.5 and 12. I wear 11 in Nike and most of my Adidas shoes are also 11, except one pair of Ultraboost 4.0 that fit a little better in size 11.5 Looks like only size 7...
