You can order it by signing into your Microsoft account and install later on any windows devices. Anyways I doubt this is worth $400. Maybe more like $5.

Free to use. However, there is a monthly fee ($4.99) if you want to remove watermark and ads. That's the only in-app purchase I see so far. Might be more.

Yes there are In App Ads - thats why they are providing this for free. I think PDFSAM can do most of these tasks and its a pretty good tool
