Free to use. However, there is a monthly fee ($4.99) if you want to remove watermark and ads. That's the only in-app purchase I see so far. Might be more.

I installed, opened, got 4 full page pop up ads and immediately deleted it. If you need a free pdf editor just get Nitro PDF or something like that. There are plenty of editors kicking around that...

I believe this app is NOT made by Microsoft. It looks by "Media Apps Dev", just sold at Microsoft store as an app. I also don't believe Microsoft will be so cheap to run a biz of adding watermarks...

If you install a system-wide ad blocker like Adguard, it should combat most, if not all of these intrusive ads. Did it to a couple of free-with-ads games I tried.
