I think your supposed to wait 4 months to reseed if you put this down. Most people use pre emergent in spring and reseed in the fall.

this bag people called pre-emergent it created a barrier to stop the seeds include lawn grass seeds germinate. DO NOT use this product at the same time as you overseeding or put the new seeds down.....

No, use this first, before weeds sprout (or in late fall) Then use traditional Scotts step Fertilizer/ weed and feed products. It’s too late this spring for many folks. Hence the clearance price.
