A vpn would encrypt the traffic so they wouldn't see what servers you are pinging and if you have a good vpn then they would employ obfuscation to avoid it's obvious use.

I never got upgraded to the free unlimited data under the simple choice plan. They did it with two batch of people sometime last year then stopped.

Simple choice does not use data caps, ever for any amount of data - unless they suckered you into an 'unlimited' simple choice. The plan is long gone, as am I.

Because simple choice allows streaming all your data with NO caps..video (DVD resolution) and audio do not use any data, so we can stream video all day, all month.
