I mean, white enamel would help seeing the progression so what's with with having it? Especially if you're multitasking it'd be nice to have a visual cue on when to stop the browning.

The were no current 7-quart sales when I checked a couple hours ago. I suggested people wait for the 7QT to go on sale. Much better value for the money because of the extra volume. Plus, most...

I have this and hate it. While the quality and cooking is superb the black enamel inside is very awkward as you can’t see the food browning and you could end up burning some foods that are very time...

There was a pretty insane Black Friday Deal that had the 7 qt from Crate and Barrel for $120. A lot of people jumped on that, which is why it's probably mentioned in this thread so much.

Good price for top-notch quality, easily comparable to Le Creuset. Some claim it's superior, but if there are differences, they're mostly academic.

not finding this particular one on Staub's website. I'm wondering how it differs from the 5.5 round. I'm assuming it is a smaller diameter with taller sides but it would be nice to clarify.

I bought the 4qt for $99 and 7qt for $125 few months back. I think I got awesome deals for both but I feel like 4 is too small and 7 is too large for normal everyday stuff. 5 is probably perfect.
