Why in the world aren't adjustable height arm rests a standard feature. We aren't all the same size, and the non-adjustable ones are horrible for ergonomics. :(

I bought this chair three days ago at this price. Seat is firm but supportive. Back rest is high enough to lean back on but no head support for a post-lunch nap. :) I would buy again.
