I have the BioBidet, and I can state categorically that the dryer is at best nice to have, you still have to take a couple squares of that precious TP to dry off.

I'd take tankless anytime over other things. Beware though, tankless only has two drawbacks: 1) It takes 10-15 seconds before the water stream started; it felt longer but it's not half minute 2)...
