Yes. All drive through cafes are open unless mandated by the state and most cafes are open but no eat in. I do rapid pick up and they meet me at the door at mine in St Louis.

I always order an iced coffee with no ice and filled only halfway up or so. Then I add Splenda and milk. Pretty yummy and only like 80 calories.

Two near my house are open with reduced hours. The one on my way to work (I still have to go in despite 'stay at home' - manufacturing) just shut down after greatly reduced hours.
