It might not say explicitly but I have seen rebates from few other offers being denied for this reason. It is better to send the UPC if you are not planning to return the item rather than worrying...

If you are thinking of submitting the rebate, then returns will not work as you will need the Original UPC from the Pampers Box. If not, then regular Walmart return policy will apply.

As posted above, gift card is delivered almost instantly. Combined, this saves me about $15 dollars per box (Size 5) diapers compared to Amazon S&S.
