Flange distance is completely irrelevant when you use an adapter. It will produce the same image on mirrorless as it will on DSLR. You have no idea what you’re talking about.

The Sports indicator means it's sealed against weather conditions. Like all lenses it's not 100% sealed to the worst weather, but it does give you protection, more than the basic lens.
