At this price nope. You could just do it on the pc with an emulator. I'd buy it just for the nostalgia. I still have my original Sega Genesis with box and 1-2 games.

Me too! I played it on a JVC X'eye, which was a licensed device from JVC that combined the circuitry of the Genesis & Sega CD into a single retail device. I had never played any fighting games...
