Have you tried other eczema relief cream/lotion that has Colloidal Oatmeal as active ingredients? It has only 0.5% strength.

I use mine on my lips and around my mouth in the winter. Definitely safe and unscented doesn't taste like anything weird. Takes a bit to soak in, so just go light and often.
