A reviewer says this "premium" seasoning makes the meat gummy because of the corn meal. They also say it's sweeter tasting compared to the packets. No thanks, make your own it's incredibly easy.

I buy the bottle of Ortega seasoning and despite the top ingredient being corn flour, I never noticed a gumming like texture. Good to know that I should avoid any with corn meal.

Do make a deal post with the ingredients. I highly doubt it'll be cheaper unless you're buying in huge bulk. Even then, it's cheaper by the weight, not total cost.
