They will pay for return shipping? Will they provide shipping label? Do I need to bring to UPS or Fedex store?

I have only return in-store a few years ago. You can call and then update us about online/ship back procedure. Costco has great customer service.

Yes it's a good deal. I got lg gram 8th gen and oh it's so light and got amazing battery life. This one is high end spec with touch screen and really good integrated graphic. I said if you have...

There’re folks who specifically want LG gram mainly for its lightweight and portability. So for them this is a good deal. If your requirement is not similar then I’m sure you’ll be able to find a...

I saw this offer, and it interests me but I am concerned that the Intel graphics aren't enough for me. I mostly do casual gaming (none online), but would like a laptop that can play some modern...

Yes, everything is special about these 4000 series processors. They are more powerful than the current Intel ones and have better integrated graphics.

No way is 1080p "terrible" on 15.6". 1440p is a waste on a 15" screen imo, but even considering it is worth it to some folks, that doesn't make 1080p "terrible". 720p is terrible on 15.6, thankfully...

I agree, this is really tempting, however, the price will be the same at the end, for less of a footprint as compared to the 14" as 14" only comes with 8 gb and 256 SSD.

I was debating this myself. I think for me, I will probably get the 14" for $999. I do not really use the touch screen on my current laptop. The 14" does have less memory and storage, but you can...

Every touch panel supports capacitive stylus, so that's nothing special. Active pen usability is what counts.

If you buy directly from LG or Walmart or amazon or buydig or adorama...etc, it's one year. If you buy from costco, manufacturing warranty automatically upgraded to 2 years. Using costco visa card,...

What a load of cr*p. I bet about 3/4 of the general population (if not more) cannot tell the difference between 1440p and 1080p screen on a 15.6 inch screen. You can tell probably because you tell...

Please correct me if I'm wrong but what I'm seeing is that tax is on the list price of $1499.99 and you get a $250 discount off that total. So, to say it's "$1249.99 + taxes" (OP says that) isn't as...

I have an older 15.6" HP touch laptop. I use it a lot in the evening (dim to no lighting) , and love the touchscreen. If it had a backlit keyboard, I wouldn't be looking for a replacement. I mostly...

Did anyone actually get this delivered from Costco? Mine was "shipped" on April 5 but never delivered to UPS. Are they just dealing with the Covid panic buying as a priority?

I honestly don't see why everyone thinks the 17" inch LG Gram is all that. 1. It's not a touchscreen 2. Why would you want a "light" 17" laptop? To me, a 17" is more like a desktop replacement,...

The LG Gram 17 was $1200. So, $50 more and is only FHD for a 15.6" is "worse"? I thought usually smaller laptops are a premium.
