Yeah, see my post in this thread. SUPER strudy, def have had adults sitting on the railings. If its a long span, probably best to add a cleat under the middle, even though i dont beleive it required.

Do you mean why can't the aluminum be used for stairs? Or the vinyl one?
You can use the aluminum for stairs- it's just a different kit. I assume the vinyl has a different kit as well for stairs....
