Regular hand soap won't work in a foaming dispenser without dilution of at least 50%. Usually 75% to 80% is recommended for consistency.

I have had good luck with these products. They are extremely expensive, but made out of great materials. I usually wait to buy them when amazon warehouse is running one of their "20% off" deals.
