There's a demo if you want to try it. It's... ok. Not as laggy as the original version, but no autosaves get pretty annoying if you want to play something else too.

I bought it, and it's unique enough that I think it's definitely worth the sale price. It's quirky and kinda goofy, so if you want a turn-based RPG for cheap, give it a go!
