Depending on APS-C or full frame. 10-18mm is an APS-C lens. Go with a Rokinon/Samyang (or Sigma 14mm 1.8 if you have the money) 14mm 2.8 for full frame.

If you have the money, go for GM otherwise Samyang is the next best thing in terms of rendering. If you want the fastest auto focus and cheapest lens, get Sony 85/1.8.

You can do astro with just about every length. Really just depends on what you're trying to capture and whether or not you have the right gear, like a star tracker for the higher zoom lenses.
