I see same issue on kindle reading on my iphone. However the formatting is fine if you're reading it on a browser. I am using chrome and it doesn't have this issue, but I actually prefer to read it...

Formatting is weird on my iPad Kindle. Decent book enough for $2 -- has my obscure favorite "Kickmaster" in it. Did not disappoint! Lol.

Neither is this book licensed. Besides, the wording says "every game released", not "every licensed game released".

I bet you can find this list somewhere on the web. Perhaps that's probably what they did, pulled the info, compiled it and made an electronic book of it.

Amazon has the Kindle edition of The NES Encyclopedia: Every Game Released for the Nintendo Entertainment System for $1.99. Unfortunately, no Google or B&N match on this one ...

That's how many non fictions books work, actually. The value is in the curation. Whether this book did it well, I have no idea.
