My i7-920 newegg parted build from 2009 with 8GB does just fine on the latest Windows 10... I will say it isn't terribly cost effective on the electricity, probably the biggest ding against it.

The 3180 is not modular at all. There can be no upgrades as the ram is soldered in.
However, this makes for a great portable 'raspberry pi' type computer. Fantastic old school emulation machine....
