Means you can't take it inside. Potential hazard someone can trip on, so not ideal in urban areas. Can you chain it? Sure. But chains can be broken.

lil uneven, makes tuning brakes mode challenging. they all do it though. I've come to deal with it and have both brakes on point now with no disc rub.
