I do not believe so but most same is true with 4K, you may only get HD on other providers. But because it is MA if other providers add Atmos you should get Atmos or 4K in the future when added.

Agreed, the DVD was fine but the original BD was awful. It doesn't help that for every iteration the Wachowski's say this was what they intended.

The Matrix was finished on a 4K DI and WB did a complete 4K restoration for this release. So it definitely should make a difference assuming you have the right TV.
