Picked it up a few days ago with Amex 10% cash back from Dell. Building a new system & just got it working. The fan isn't too bad with the case open but I haven't stressed it much yet.

Typically a Blower card takes air in through the fan and blows it out the back of the case where the I/O for the GPU is.

A blower doesn't blow into the case. It blows it out the back. They're slower, run hotter, and don't overclock as well. But if you have poor airflow (most OEM PCs) they're a better option because...

Yeah the drivers were a NIGHTMARE for me for about 4 or 5 months. Horrible horrible experience. Luckily the newest drivers seem to have finally fixed everything.
