good plus is it looks like a great scan, unlike the last cookbook deal (Alton brown) this looks like a nice crisp scan, AB's was so pixellated

America's Test Kitchen recipes aren't free online though- and this (having just got the print version for my son) is a great book- and the recipes work really well
